tuned sonic vs fiesta st question

ok so I ordered the tune last week still waiting on the cable and tune. but yesterday out of boredom I drove over to the ford dealer and test drove the fiesta st. it was so much fun to drive the power was better the recaro seats were amazing! but what I am looking to get an answer to is will my tuned sonic feel as good or better than the fiesta st power?

There is really no way to answer that. You can compare tuned Sonic hp number to stock Fiesta ST numbers. Pretty similar. But the extra displacement of the Fiesta's 1.6T dictates that it'll likely make more power once tuned than a tuned sonic.

But that doesn't answer your question which is very subjective. I've never driven a Fiesta, but I've heard the handling and drivability of the Sonic overshadow it by leaps and bounds.

the sonic handles better, and get a tune it makes more power. then, get some coilovers and chassis bracing and you've got a handing machine.

I would imagine they are quite similar and its just personal preference. The fiesta however should in theory make more power

each tune has to be tailored to your car and your initial info, but if you get the full tune, which I recommend, it's completely personalized to your ride.

Because in stock form the Fiesta ST puts down the same numbers (if not slightly more) than a tuned Sonic.
