UK Sonic

Has any one else watched the Chevy UK sonic advertisement video on their site?? They show an under seat storage bin for passenger side seat, why didn't the U.S. include this feature and where can I get one because I want more storage area.

Also I've read numerous times about it, but has anyone found a place to buy the UK drivers side/U.S. passenger side arm rest??????
