vht nightshade vs tint

im going to tint all my lights on my car. but before i do anything what do you guys reccomend? i heard the vht is easier to do but i also heard it is hard to get a good matching coat. so should i do tint? and what level of tint should i use?

Preloader has tint on his rear lights that I want, it's just called taillight tint and it was professionally put on

I have Niteshade, it wasn't all that hard to apply, but I did struggle to get a consistent shade. It has worn terribly on the chrome, but still looks good on the actual plastic lenses.

I would look seriously into tint film, which should go on easier and be much much easier to remove if you suffer remorse.
