I'd set a goal of about 7 or 8 psi boost until you get upgraded internals.

7psi should get you close to the 250-300 hp mark. It will be an epic win for the 1.8's.

it might need some minor modding to fit but i think this might be a good option. im also looking at other 1.8T manifolds

Those two seem to have two very different bolt patterns. Can you dig up,a pic of the Sonic 1.8L bolt pattern?

Also, it is not uncommon to have a local fab shop with a CNC to cut flanges and fab one up if you come to a dead end, but I like your approach as a first choice.

If you find a close enough match, you may get away with elongated a bolt hole or two to make it fit.

4 on top 5 on bottom. The Audi one above might work with the turbo mounted down. Room will be the next hurdle if the manifold fits.

Well I did some research and the 1.8 is the same engine family as the Saab 9-5 2010 I found one on eBay and it looks the same but idk. The Saab has a 1.6L family 1 were the sonic has 1.8 in the same family
