Just to show anyone that hasn't seen it the ballpark price of a turbo kit compared to the brembo kit
im interested in hearing the results. my setup now works very well and i havnt noticed any issues with it/
-hook slot rotors
-hawk pads
but who knows maybe the big brake kit will be worth it alone in looks. im also curious if this will fit on any sonic or only sonics with 17in+ wheels
with chinese import parts.... :banana:I helping the US economy

From what I see in the picture it looks like you would need a 17in. rim as the smallest. However, that is just a guess and a 16in. might be super tight, but we will find out hopefully soon. I swapped Camaro calipers onto one of my brothers 02 Grand Prix with 16in. rims and it was a very, very snug fit, but it filled the rim perfectly. I powder coated the calipers candy lime green, brackets black, and rotor primer grey on a dark metallic blue GP. It looked sick!
What does your quote of Slitzell from over 20 days ago have to do with Chinese import parts?! Are you saying the ZZP big brake kit is going to be Chinese parts?!
Lighten up to the irony. Geez.... And probably some part of it would be Chinese. You can get some cheap stuff made over there. It really is hard to compete on price with them sometimes.
I import some things from China for work that are cheaper than the raw materials it would take to make it ourself.

That is a low end example but you can get loads of four or six piston calipers for $20 to $40 each with a little volume.

Okay, I just do not know what digging up a post that's over 20 days old and adding that to it had to do with ZZP's BBK. Yes, everyone buys things with something Chinese made in it, it is inevitable.
