As the title says, I replaced my sway bar links and made a video. I hope this is useful to others.
I just bought my Sonic and it had some loud rattles in the front. Having owned a Focus in the past I knew that sound all to well so this was the first thing I did. 30 minutes and $40 and there are no more rattles...
The only difference I could tell between the broken plastic ones and new metal Moog links was the sudden lack of rattling/popping.
How much stability control can you feel increased, if any?
Personally I kinda want to see a quick disconnect sway bar but that's me and my personal crazy

Why in gods name would you not want the sway bar connected? Have you ever seen how much a vehicle leans without them?

Do I have to do an alignment after changing sway bar end links?
Thanks for the input , I replaced the endlinks with the oem plastic ones they were good for about two week then started making noise again . I’m pretty sure that I didn’t get them tight enough . So last night when I changed my winters over I tightened everything again , but now I think I tightening them too much cause now I get a single pop when coming to a stop after taking an off ramp at excessive speed. I might change them again with some metal ones .
No I did not . I had to take the wheel off to get at the nuts . How do I tighten them with the wh wow on . Turned the wheels both ways and didn’t have enough room to work
