So I paid more attention to my ding.
It's not in my head, it only happens about 1in 10 starts. Particularly the second start of the day after warm up. It's almost like more of a reminder, than a warning.

I'm going to pull my fuse. I tend to react/anticipate quicker than the stabilitrack anyways. I let off the throttle when I notice the slip then it decides to apply the brake after the fact and the car jolts really bad.

Does anyone know of a tuner that can modify the effect of the stabiltrak? I am having issues getting off of the line under heavy acceleration. The issue is simply one of being able to get out of the way rapidly if needed. I am new here but I sure could use some advise.

You can wire a switch to bypass the fuse. Have you tried holding the tc button for more than 8 secs? It mutes the tc quite a bit

If there's anyone I'd trust to do so it would be Jerry Kinney at BNR.

For anyone who has an automatic. Don't pull the abs fuse unless you want to loose the hidden launch control feature. If you pull the fuse and go to do a boosted launch, it won't sit at 2k like if you held the button to disable it. even if it's a 1000rpm difference, that's enough of a difference to changes how the car launches.

From what I have read on this forum in the last three years BNR would be my chip choice as well.
