no worries, it was actually really easy. i figured out the wiring from the diy post about adding a 12v port. click here when you tap into the lighter in the center it is already a switched source so it will shut off when the radio does. if you want total control just add in a switch to your liking

Hey sorry to bother you but i've bene looking into purchasing a LED strip or 2 for the front foot wells like you did but i can't find a DIY tutorial, and i don't want to purchase them and then not know how to hook them up, please help? <3
