simply drive the power cable trough the the rubber next to the one that is going to inwards your firewall onderneath your steering
remove the plate under the steeringwheel you can see than a powercable from outside to the inside in the left corner somewhere
put a hard object to make a hole or put a hard massif wire and put that trough
and connect or pull the powerthreat trough
the connection go's the black on the bolt next of the fusebox on the frame
and the redwire to the spare (red fuse) on the upperside right of the fusebox

I dont really know the prices for separate parts and im not even sure if they make ground effects for the Aveo. but the guy that set me up with 3D Carbon ground effects was Colbert Krong. He works there and im sure he can get you your answers you want. He was very helpful.
