My first time was last season; it seems confusing at first, but it was actually really fun
My coworkers didn't do it this season for some reason, and with the first few weeks with the replacement refs, I'm glad they didn't
With that said, it might be too late to start a league 4 weeks deep in the season

Is anybody going to start an official SOF FF league this season?
I'd be in for a free league. I am kind of a n00b still and don't feel comfortable starting one myself though. I played for the first time last year in a free ESPN league and had fun with it.

I played a couple years ago, with my little brother and his friends, LOL. It was fun.
I'd love to do it again. Downfall is, I don't have TV so I wouldn't actually be able to watch any games unless I leave home and watch them somewhere else, haha. Which does usually happen - I'll head over to my parent's place pretty frequently on Sundays to watch the Lions. Yes, I'm a Lions fan - shut yer face. It's a love/hate relationship.

GO LIONS!!!!!! I have a Barry Sanders Jersey I have had in my closet waiting to come out and be worn, Thought last season was going to be a great year, what a failure that was. Now this year with a running back that needs coverage finally we should be able to get Megatron out on some big yardage plays. :banana:

Well I was goofing off at NFL.com to see how hard it would be to make a league.. I made one, started it off with 10 teams, because I didn't want to be over optimistic and not get to play.. it's a private league.
I set up the draft to be live Sunday, August 4th, I THINK at 2pm central time. You can set it to autodraft if you like or can't make the live draft. I've never made a live draft, but do pretty good in the auto, if I take my time and set my preferences right beforehand.
The link from a facebook invite- this link should come up with the league name and password to get in already in the field.

No problem! Don't laugh at my team name.. Just a hybrid of my two favorites.
Home team the Chiefs (griefs) aren't worth a hoot, so my adopted home team has always been the Pats since my whole family is from New England.. grew up a pats fan, always will be.
And I'm a huge Peyton Manning fan, so now I'm a Denver fan.. Plus I'm basically rooting for my future home team lol.
Need more recruits before the draft!!

I laughed - but not in a silly way!! It was a "Ha! That's clever!" enjoyable way.
I ended up using a part of my dog's name for the team name, lol. Her registered name is Flywheels Dyna Glide.

I just joined. Had to base my team name around my favorite team, Green Bay Packers (Boo Lions )
