1.8 on nitrous?

Hey guys i know nitrous was brought up a while back but it was mainly discussed about the 1.4, well 3 years later there's more hp upgrades.
That being said i have a question considering how much hp the 1.8, transmission, fuel pump and injectors can take/ support. will a 50 shot be safe? if not 50 will the 35 work? I plan on running a 50 shot with a NOS kit. The modifications i currently have are a K&N CAI, Magnaflow exhaust and BNR tune with fast throttle response. Based on the hp i currently have how much more hp can i safely get from nitrous with this 1.8 motor and transmission without 1 or both blowing up

With nitrous its kind of hard to tell because the tune plays a big role in how well it will turn out and run. As far as the structural integrity of the 1.8L it should hold its own with just a 50 shot. I heard of a guy who ran a 75 shot and while the 1.8 held up fine the trans did not. :sadbanana:
