All-Season Tires

I'm curious as to what recommendations would be for all-season tires. Something that's good on a combination of pavement and gravel roads, and still handle the various weather conditions.

I've read decent reviews for Goodyear Eagle GTs and Triple Tread tires. Also BFG's T/A and Uniroyal Tiger Paws.

I am a very big cooper fan. I am also a general fan. But almost any decent looking tire is good anymore

The Continental DWS's get great winter, summer and wet reviews as well. I'm running them and am pretty happy with them so far. I won't be able to test the winter aspect though.

You mean "no season" tires.

Why is that opticon? Or are you referring to Florida not having real seasons? Well, two. Hot and kind of cold.

I think he means tires that are average in all weather, not very good at anything.

Using the General Altimax HP (got them online at walmart). Wet traction has been very good. Road noise is low, and handling is much better than OE. Have not had a chance to drive them on snow (that should change this week). Best part - they're found for under $80 /tire and are rated for 60,000 miles (some complaining about only getting 40,000 though). But for good all around tire at $80, 40,000 miles is fine.

Winter performance is unbelievable. I got them because I didn't want to have summer wheels and winter wheels. They are almost as capable as my old blizzaks. Not quite, but almost.

michelin and bridgestone make some of the best tires . if you are looking for good summer/all season tires check out the bridgestone potenza or turanza .
