How lowered is it? My original link was about a inch smaller than the new cobalt link so if u tried putting the long link on it if your lowered like 2 in it would prob appear to be 3 in to long, if im thinking about it right

Just b&g springs. I picked up a cheap set of regular cobalt links and they did not fit.

Hey guys, I've been wanting to ask something on this thread.
What happens if noisy end links are never replaced?
My Sonic has been worked on plenty on this and the click sounds when steering never really stopped. I'm at 28k miles and once I go over 36k I plan on replacing end links with something of quality.

lol both left/right side end links have been replaced and the right side twice and strut mount also. I gave up trying with two different dealers so I think its better to take matters to my own hands when the warranty ends opcorn:

You know you don't have to wait. It's not going to void your warranty.

Can you describe the sound any better?

It's so hard to describe the sound. I gave up on that already. I keep the stereo turned up so I can ignore that soft click. I've posted a video before on the sound. Ohh really the warranty wont be voided with parts such as these??

I would make the dealer replace them while under warranty, then later you can replace them with ones that will last. Maybe if they spend enough money replacing the junk stock ones they will wise up and make better quality end links like the moog ones I used.
