Has anyone gone into their Chevy dealer lately to see if they have any brochures available for the Chevy Sonic? Maybe just some more information about the car for the general public?

i was told by my dealer that they have build options but no pricing yet. so, you can basically order a car and wait to hear how much it would cost.

Prices were announced on June 17. The LS sedan starts at $14,495, hatchback is $15,395. Ordering information was released to dealers at the end of May. I suggest you go back to your dealer and ask again.

i understand that prices have been annouced, doesn't mean that every dealer has the info they need to order. we probably know more about the car then any dealer does at the moment. the dealer had general pricing info, but no pricing for options such as sunroof, and things like that.

If you are asking about when the multi-page full color brochure will come out, based on my experience of pre-ordering (which is what anyone ordering now would be doing) that will not come out until a month or so after you have received your ordered vehicle. My sales person always sets one aside for me, and calls to let me know they are in.
As to knowing more about options, constraints and pricing, you will almost certainly know more than the sales person. These are Chevys not Ferrarris, in the former case the a a dozen vehicles and many permutations and in the latter never more than four.
Makes no difference if your ordering a Corvette, a Cruze, a Silverado or a Sonic, if you are a prepared consumer you will be guiding the sales person through the ordering.

Dealers have all the information you are looking for. They are ordering cars and a complete list of prices including options is available to them (they have to access it.)

go ask them, explain your interested in possibly ordering one.. someone will point you in the right. My dealership only had 1 for the month of july.
and to carry on this thread, after i ordered my car, the Inventory control manager told me that the second he got in a brochure he would call me so i could come pick it up. I'm sure whoever gets theirs first is going to be a scanning and posting like crazy..haha

i'd go back and put some money down, even if its just like $250 or $200... or your car just might end up in someone else's hands. These people see alot of faces, and someone's name and number is easy to lose.

yeah the dealer i talked to still doesn't have offical pricing, but chevy is sending them a base model sonic, as soon as that clears the system he can start taking orders.
for all those people who want hatchbacks.. chevy has about 9 full body vinyl wraps for the hatchbacks that come from the factory, one is the z-spec wrap. he showed me all of them and they look badass, i'm going to spend the extra money and get one. this car is going to be huge once people start seeing these on the streets.

Heated Seats on NON-Turbo
I dint want a Turbo. Would like to buy a straight engine with Heated Seats. Tell me Chevy (if yer reading this board), can ye deliver a standard engine with Heated Seats? (Going by past GM Chevy protocol, I'm gonna guess the answer is "No." Whereas VW Golf standard [non-Turbo engine] says the answer is "YES." More's the pity yins GM Chevy corporate type WIMPS!!!
