ddm test pipe

Has anybody had issues with the factory clamp coming loose constantly.. The top clamp on mine will not stay tight... Granted i havent put any loctite on it yet cause i have been busy.. But i had it up on my buddies lift the other day and the dp was movable... I have tightened it like 3 times...

I can hear vibrations on my test pipe sounds loose as well. May be caused by same issue
