So about the possibility of this upcoming E-85 kit, what tune will be required to use it?

I have not investigated using Diablo with it, but it works for sure with efilive. I mean I could probably make it work with diablo as well, but you'd need a way to monitor the GM PID E85R to make sure the sensor is working, and I don't think Diablo's handheld will log that PID.

One of the engines that chevy has says it can run e 85, luv I think.....

The 1.4T in our Sonics can run E85, the ECU is set up for it... but they elected not to include an alcohol sensor, and the stock tune is not set up for E85.
Your choices are to either get an E85 specific tune, or to install an alcohol sensor and then get a tune which looks at the sensor and adjusts accordingly.
Also, if you want more power from E85, you're going to have to install bigger injectors. E85 can potentially deliver more power than gasoline, but has less energy density than gasoline, so in order to deliver that power you need to be able to put more volume of fluid into your cylinders than the stock injectors can provide.
This all means that you can either home build a kit and get someone to set up the tune, or you can get a prebuilt kit like the one BNR is offering here... probably a simpler and better option.
