^^ What laborsmith means is to get the most out of the cutout, the resonator on that exhaust should be removed and a new section of pipe with cutout should be installed in it's place before the muffler/resonator. The resonator, if you'd like to keep it, can be welded in farther down in the exhaust, but would be pricey vs just ditching the resonator.
The cutouts with bolt-on covers and gaskets at the flange are the best (not wing-nut, not auto-solenoid activated). These are primarily used for street/drag cars that must have mufflers in order to be legal for inspection. In my experience these leak the least, but all of them will eventually leak  Maybe others have had better luck than me. If I understand you correct, and this is after the primary cat, then leaking won't matter for emissions purposes. On my drag cars I've always bought one aftermarket and had a local welder/friend weld them in for me.
Get something like this:
Robot Check
... and have the welder make a thicker cover for the flange for you than these wimpy ones:
QTP Quicktime Performance 10225 Stainless Steel Manual Exhaust Cutout 2 25" | eBay
If the auto one starts to leak and drone, just bolt on the thick one in place for a while.
Stay far away from the ones with built-in valves, like these:

This is just my perspective, I don't want to dissuade you, if you like the sound, and if you have the money go for it, it'd be fun!
