Made these using the Moog sealed bushings for a Cobalt, as I've had great luck with them and they are very reasonably priced for a nice sealed bearing that is meant for just this application.
I may put them in my car, but if anyone is interested I can sell them. They are pressed into new aftermarket control arms, so you're getting all new parts ready to bolt on the car. The stock bushing is shown behind them. The little rings are spacers as the new bushings aren't as tall as the stock one. Those and the spacer ring around the bushing are steel, same as the arm.
I can replicate this setup for people if there's interest, as of right now I have a lot of time invested in making the spacers but if I could get a small group together I could offer very good pricing on them I think.
