Google Now with MyLink

Hello everyone!

I'm a new owner of a 2013 Inferno Hatchback LT, and this forum has been really helpful since I got the car!

I have a question for all of the Android users here.

I am looking to switch from an iPhone 4S to the HTC One in June, and I was wondering if the Google Now function works through the MyLink Voice Pass-Thru.

I always use Siri to make calls and send messages while driving so it would be a big deciding factor on whether I would switch or not.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I can activate it with mine but I seem to have to talk at the phone instead of the mic in the car. Press the talk button then press and hold until it makes a beep sound and then you can talk I always use mine for directions and use my phone like a GPS but I have the Samsung Note 2 which I believe is Android software. and of course you have to be hooked through the Bluetooth because the USB doesn't actually connect the phone to the car its just a battery charger. you would think Android software has gotten popular enough but they can make it connect just like the iPhone but I guess not.
