Just received a letter from Chevy saying that my 2015 Sonic PCV may crack and if any problems occur such as, running rough during idle, or check engine lights related to it show up, they'll replace it at no charge.
The letter states, the vehicle will be repaired for up to 10 yrs after it was put into service, or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first. It applies to the PCV pressure regulator valve. It appears that some of '15 models are developing cracks in the diaphragm, drawing excess air into the intake.
