Did you over-torque the bushings/arms when you put everything back together? It could be bound up on the bushings.
Loosen the bolts for the arms a little, and bounce the car. See if that lowers it.
Sure you got sent the right parts? There's no way they are that much longer than stock, they wouldn't fit in the car. As above, make sure you don't have something tightened in the full drop position, but even then it should settle down.
IIRC I only had to remove the rear shocks to drop the axle enough to get the springs in, there was no link to remove.
Is the spring seated in the perches correctly?
Is the front normal?
Could the front springs have been put in the back?
