Accelerometer computer timing is bull****
We have never found any computer to be accurate as far as 0-60 or 1/4 mile time. Back when our car was only running low 15s our computers were telling us the 1/4 mile time was mid 12s lol. And as far as im concerned dynos dont give you a true hp either, first off you are doing a pull in 1 gear, with no real life effects or shifting trauma, and if you are changing tune while doing it you are really lost. We have found when changing multiple tune settings it takes quite a while for the ecm to adjust and settle, usually about 4 start and run cycles, or about 20 miles of driving. We do all of our power figuring at the track. We have raced this car every weekend for 3 years, it has 418 passes on it with recorded temp, humidity, baro, desity alt, water grains, elevation, car weight, and fuel type for every single pass. And as far as maf, like big turbo said its a theoretical value, we have maf readings of up to 25.0 with the gtx depending on air filter type but that dont mean ****. We know this car is making at least 235 whp from 1/4 mile time and mph at the weight it is.
