P0964 code trying to figure out cause

I have a 2014 1.8l lt sedan with 56.4k miles. I have been trying to figure out the problem for the last 3 weeks. When it starts after getting gas it hard starts and the starter cranks for about 20 to 30 seconds after the initial start. I have repaced the gas cap and cleared the code and it came back again after 23 hours as well as the code also said something about the system is running lean as well

I had the same issue and it was the evap solenoid. Before I’d fill it up and I would have to floor the gas pedal in order for it to start. I’d check the code again and see what it is
