Rear wiper rusted on

Went to get windows tinted and they were going to pop of the rear wiper to cut the rear. A little excessive, bit whatever. Either way, took the nut off and the sleeve is rusted to the shaft. I'll try and pb it when i get a nice day. Anyone have a tip to help me out? Pb and a trim removal tool is my only ideas. Pretty sure it will work, but sittung here bored and figured i'd start a discussion and have ppl tell me to delete it.

There is a specific puller for wiper arms, which presses down on the shaft so you don't damage the glass or paint. I'd give that a shot if you can't work it loose by hand. Prying up with tools usually damages the car before you pull the arm off.

Yeah, I broke mine during wiper blade replacement ).
