I am starting this thread so any member who has used or in the future would like to use GMConnects to track their order can post in hopes that Chevrolet Customer Service will take note that there is interest in allowing GMConnects access that it has had up until today.
I have already (many moons ago) asked Chevrolet Customer Service to relay my feeling about the Chevy Track My Order service, which is worthless and a waste of bandwidth. I have also communicated that feeling to Chevy both by email and by telephone.
Of course people who order can always do what I have done in the past, which is to contact the salesperson regularly, sometimes daily, to get updates. I did it so often pre-GMConnects that John Weber at Buff Whelan would see me, look up the info and call my salesperson before she had a chance to call him to check.
ANYHOO, if you are interested, were at one time and think it should continue, or think you may sometime in the future may be interested in GMConnects being given viable access in order to continue, PLEASE POST.
