Might be interested, sounds cool, I would like to get away from the slow .3 sec update time on my ultragauge. For boost anyway
What would you pay for a custom boost gauge?

I know lol. I did when I got it. Just doesn't update like a real gauge. And .3 is the fastest update time I believe

I would be interested in seeing the device, but like some others here, I'm a long way from sold on it, as there are OBDII devices that seem to duplicate your efforts, and are inexpensive and do other things. I already have an UG, and am looking at ELM/Torque as an upgrade to that.
What could you do to make it more attractive?
Well first, as you've already done, make it tie into the car system rather than thru the OBDII. That would mean I could still use UG or Torque, or for those who like it, Onstar, in addition to your device. That's a cool idea, but is it blindingly simple to install?
The more possible gauges the better. This is where UG and Torque are blowing you out of the water.
Third, can you make it look like it fits the decor of the car, can you offer color matching paint, a design that looks like the motorcycle inspired interior fittings, can you place it somewhere that gives a combination of nice view and fits well into the space?
Fourth, how accurate will it be? I really loved my Ultragauge when I first got it, but as I've modded the car, it has become more and more inaccurate, which means it isn't particularly useful anymore.

Pretty sure.you are not correct. Read the link I posted. Zzp has a dual pod prototype for that center cubby on the dash.

Finished programming in the new sensor (I know I never discussed this but the old one maxed at 20psi new one is at 36+). and everything is working outside the car with a compressor at 22 PSI!! anyway...
I've decided to not sell this as a closed product but rather as an opensource kit with the option for people to donate money to keep the project alive. I will sell the kits at cost, or assembled for a small reasonable fee. Why the change in heart? It's a long story...
I will post pics and videos!
