Whining engine sound when hot with A/C running

When I drive my Sonic for a longer period in warm weather here in Florida with A/C on and stop at a light and then accelerate, the engine makes whining noise. This only happens with A/C on and in warm weather. Is it the noise of the electric fan running or is something else going on? Is this normal? The noise disappears after a while or when I turn off the A/C.

The noise is similar to noise my '95 Nissan V6 pickup would make when the fan clutch engaged. But this was a mechanical engine cooling fan with a clutch.

It seems to be coming from the general engine area. I think this is normal, it just a higher pitch engine noise as it revs up. It only happens with A/C on in warm weather, after extensive driving, or in stop and go trafic on a warm day.

I live in florida and this happens to me also I wasn't sure if it was normal but I'm starting to think so now that I saw this lol
