I think he's just going to sell 4 of those angled brackets as the "New" Sonic anti-rollback control.
The one in the Sonic now only lasts about 2 seconds before it starts to roll back. These won't release until you make them, but you have to have the "Willing Passenger implementation package" to put them down and pick them up.
