Can this be flashed back to stock without dealer knowing it's been flashed before?

We don't change the CVNs to match stock with this, EFILive and HPTuners do not allow this to be done. There is a chance GM could find this tune though I don't know how high of a chance. If you want to play it safe, DiabloSport InTune with a BNR add on tune would hide the BNR tune from the dealer.

Quick question I've been curious about, what's the max safe psi for the factory crappy rubber charge tubes and factory intercooler?

I've seen 25+psi on that stuff and nothing bad happened to that. The problem is valve float over like 22psi. Some cars can take a little more, but most of the time I don't want to tune over 22psi.

so deal with EFILive is we buy the device and then tell you what kind of tune we want..
ie..we have stock exhaust etc..its custom. I get it.

But the diablos tuners on your website are confusing...do they come with the different octane tunes or one has to buy/add the BNR tune to the device for it to do anything?

The Diablo tuners are sold with Diablo tunes. They come with an 87 and a 93 tune. The device will work with those tunes as is. If you want to get a BNR Tune added to it, its $150. The BNR tunes are made by me and never touched by anyone at Diablo.
