Eric, im not the best. I would rather be installing the fire alarm instead of trying to find the time to groom my replacement while being the boss though.

I am learning the boss not buddy thing. I have been told that many times. I have been having a hard time being nice to a couple apprentices that really shouldnt be in the trades. I am kind of a dick naturally, so I struggle to not just revert back to that when I run out of patience for the crap they do.

Stress level has gone way up and free time has gone way down. Oh well.

Anyone ever just work on a car with an idiot but you let him help cause he is genuinely trying to be helpful by ends up ****ing things up? Cause that happened today and now I have no exhaust after my second cat, at all... All because someone doesnt understand the words. Wait. For. Me. To. Get. Back. To. Show. You. What. To. Do.... Now all because of an idiot with a sawzall I have to take the car in and pay several hundred dollars to fix what should have been a straight forward straight pipe install. Tldr; idiot helper decided while I was in the bathroom to cut the exhaust off just behind the secondary cat, effectively give us no room to weld the flange back on and now I'm driving the next untill payday with no exhaust after the second cat. Fuuuuuuu!!!!
