I'm assuming you have a 1.4. The 1.4 is not a flex fuel vehicle, though it can be converted to be one. If you have a BNR tune you're going to need to buy 42# injectors, the install of the injectors is simple. Literally just relieving fuel pressure, disconnecting the fuel hose, removing I think one bolt, maybe a nut, pushing the clips in to pop off the electrical connectors, pulling the fuel rail up, and sliding some metal clips off. The install of the injectors takes about 5 minutes honestly, 30 if you're careful and it's your first time.
To try some corn you're going to have to email Jerry and tell him you want to run some corn, then he'll take care of the rest, the problem with that is that you're supposed to completely drain the tank before you go from gasoline to E"85." Also the "85" part, around here I think the highest ethanol content I've seen is around 60%.
The flex fuel sensor though is a little more involved, but even that is still really easy.
If it helps, there's something wrong with my car, and I'm still winning some races on E85 with like 10 lbs of boost tops.
