WTB your deleted resonator for 1.4L turbo / 1st /2nd cat for gutting purposes

So I have a stock first cat and a stock mid pipe for a cruise now while the mid pipe probably won't work for your car. I want to say the first cat for the downpipe would actually work. I'm not sure but I'm willing to sell that. It still has the cat in it and it's not gutted. It's in great condition but I'm willing to sell that if it's something that'll fit yours. I just don't know if it'll fit in the Sonic. If it does, let me know and I'm willing to get rid of it
It's been awhile I lost interest now I'm back I just found out BNR is no longer going to make a catless downpipes there going to put a high flow cat in it .
So my thoughts were to gut a stock one use a 02 extension
Well the problem you're going to run into if you got your cat just because of the way the air is going to flow is it's just going to sound like garbage and so you're better off using a high flow cat or if you're going to get it just run a straight pipe. I mean if you're going to go that route you might as well just get a pipe of the same diameter and get four flanges that way you could you know bolt it in and unbolt it when you need to swap a cat back in. Granted on newer cars the cats integrated into the exhaust so bolting went in and out like you would on like I don't know an old 90s Honda wouldn't pass a visual inspection but it should still pass. That being said newer cars I believe 2008 and up especially your Sonic or a cruise if you're running an luv or luj engine they're not going to stick anything in the tailpipe. They're going to just hook up to the computer via the DLC and run diagnostics over the can bus and just go off of that so if you have somebody who's not doing a visual inspection as long as your car isn't throwing any check engine lights they're going to go off of what the car says not with their smog machine says. Just you know to kind of but you know. Now if they do decide to stick something at the tailpipe and sniff the emissions which I haven't heard of them doing on these cars then you might have a different issue altogether but for the most part if you're worried about visual inspection on the cats they don't usually get under the car and look at it because if the cat's missing they're going to notice when they go to stick their diagnostics tools into the DLC but if your computer tells them that there's no issue with the cat then they're diagnostic tools aren't going to trigger any red flags. This is by no means a way of telling you to remove or disable your cat or mess with your emission systems but that is how they work nowadays they don't stick anything in the sniffer or rather they don't stick a sniffer in the car they just go off of what your computer says. Which may or may not be a good thing depending on which side of it you're on. LOL
Funny my car is a Ca, car so Ca and NY have a special cat 
? Lamo every state besides Ca and NY can run the high flow design but me lol

I know zzp used to sell the down pipe by itself but now it's part of a tune package not bad but 699 .? I have the trifecta turbo Advantage tune already and my car passed the Ca emissions test with it on , from what I was told by trifecta the tune does not alter emissions it basically 90% transmission they have the turbo tied in to the rpm and shift points .
I'm not wanting to add more co2 to the atmosphere but un cork the dang plug they put right at the exhaust exit the high flow cats are anywhere from 66 bucks to 114 on e bay the 400 cel vs 6 to 800 cel 400 being the higher flow design .
The 02 sensor is actually before the cat and the computer is perfectly tuned at all times anyway I might try it .

No I feel cat will still passed long I just said it will sound like garbage if you gut it. Also Trifecta tunes are not 90% transmission because I have the trifecta tune both the basic and the upgraded one and had it modified by them after data logging and some back and forth, and my car is manual and there's nothing computer-controlled about the manual anyway they have the boost they change the ignition timing they adjust the variable cam timing they change a lot in the car not to mention driver selectable vehicle mode which is done if I'm not mistaken by the body control module. Actually most of their stuff is body control module based when it comes to that part of it so no whoever told you it's 90% transmission obviously not too up to date on how that works. LOL and no the O2 sensor is not before the catalytic converter on the secondary. It's after the catalytic converter on the secondary. That's one of the ways actually the only way that it can tell that the secondary cat has failed. What I was saying in California as far as I know they don't put an actual sniffer in the tailpipe so these newer vehicles they just go off of what the computer says. It's computer says it's blowing fine then they go off of that they don't put any sniffer in the tailpipe anymore. So if you're let's say running canvas completely catless and somebody's willing to overlook the visual inspection if you I don't know tell your computer to disable all of your O2 codes it's not going to tell them that you're blowing out of the tailpipe without a catalytic converter. All obd2b vehicles have two catalytic converters at least. One of the manifold per Bank and one of the exhaust per band unless they run a single exhaust in which case they'll have a single catalytic converter usually but they all have at least two catalytic converters the primary in a secondary if they're obd2b and newer. Getting a high Flow catalytic converter is cool if you're worried about somebody at the small place doing the visual inspection and catching you running a straight pipe. Plus it helps clean the air and gives you a little bit more power. Getting your catalytic converter makes it look like there's a cat there but it also makes the exhaust sound like garbage in my personal opinion my suggestion was to run a straight pipe with a catalytic converter was AKA cut the catalytic converter out of the pipe in the middle of the car and put two flanges in and then take a pipe and put two flanges on that so you can take it in and out.
As far as Trifecta teams go you don't have to run trifecta. You can run EFI live or HP tuners or if you know how to pull the binary out of it you could change it with like a kess or a k-tag. Like 90% of what you posted didn't make any sense except for the prices. LOL I use HP jenners to tune my vehicle so that gives me pretty much full control over how the power control module interacts with the rest of the vehicle and which check engine lights stay on and which ones don't.

There's post all over that BNR is no longer making a catless downpipe and ZZP is out of stock as well maybe no longer making them the EPA cracked down on them although BNR posted there's will have a high flow cat inside .

I ran this before and I lost tourqe ended up selling it the catless mid pipe made more noise but I didn't gain any power with it on .
