Windshield Care and Maintenance Tips for Owners

Hey everyone,

I’ve noticed a few small chips and some streaking on my Chevy Sonic’s windshield and want to keep it in good shape before it turns into a bigger problem. On our Sonics, chips can sometimes spread into cracks pretty quickly.

Has anyone else experienced this? What products or techniques do you all use for cleaning the glass without scratching it?

Any recommended sealants, protective films, or washer/wiper tricks that work well for our cars?

Also curious if anyone’s dealt with washer spray issues or recalls on early Sonics?
