DDMworks 1.4L intake Testing

Had mine on for about 24hrs here, so far loving in. Great look, great sound, much better throttle response. Appreciate the upgraded clamps and MAF hardware on the first run.
Not too much of a performance boost, but in my experience, intakes only really give you the better throttle response and cool a sound. I'm sure i picked up a few ponys, but its not real noticeable.
Install is straight forward, but tight, but once its in there, it fits great. And the sonic has probably the easiest to remove airbox of any Chevrolet ever. I think I need to tweak the position on mine so the MAF as better clearance, but so far it hasn't touched anything.

Just installed mine. Powdercoated white. Really nice quality and fit. Does all I expected it to, better sound and slightly better throttle response especially below 2k.
just got mine on tonight to. only drove it a couple miles, but so far i'm loving it. sounds soo much better. now just have to figure out what i'm doing with the exhaust so i can get it tuned!!

Just the wheels if I can find a set. Don't want to pay retail for them. Was never one for stickers. Especially on cars that make less horsepower than my motorcycles haha.

Am I the only person on here that threw away the cheesy coil cover the first day I bought the car. I think it looks goofy compared to the proper valve cover.
I would love to have a simple stainless cover down the middle of valvecover just covering the coil pack. Somebody must be good with sheetmetal work. Cough Cough "DDM" cough.

Got Kawasaki?!lol. That looks great! With K&N working on a SRI for the Sonic and DDM and ZZP already producing great SRI's it's going to be a tough choice when I'm done with my RN SRI.

A heads up for TTR mount owners. The heat shield mounts on top of the motor mount and the TTR is about 3/4" thinner than the stock mount. For the DDMW heat shield to sit properly (you will notice above that mine does not) you will need two Spacers 3/4" thick.
I just need to hit the hardware store 2mw and I'll be good to go.
