so dave can it be installed without removing the bumper ?

Probably not, we haven't tried it without taking off the bumper on any of the installs. With our instructioins, removing the bumper cover is not that bad if you take your time.

We are working on silicone charge tubes first, then the hard tubes. The silicone charge tubes are really a good choice, they are perfectly smooth on the inside, they are well insulated from any engine bay heat, etc. On the other hand the hard tubes can be powdercoated in any color which is nice.

When the silicone gets back, we will let everyone know.
