Low fuel fuel cut

Tonight, while taking a left hander with 2 bars on the fuel gauge, I experienced a fuel cut in 2nd gear.

Possibly a fuel pickup issue while cornering under load with a low tank?

Boost was down for the rest of my drive. I am not sure if it was a reset when I turned off the car, or filled up the tank since I did both at the same time.

So, need to find out if this is a computer function, or if there was an overboost situation with a lean condition due to fuel starvation.

Really man that def doesnt sound good and you said you have two levels still left on your gas level? Right... umm haha how fast where you going around the corner??? haha JK Zooming um does def sound weird for you to actually having a fuel cut off> Weird tho i wouldnt worrie but if it happened again than i would talk about it with the delaership tech. and you did fill up afterwards right and everything was fine?

Ha Ha. I have almost 100 hours of track time, so I definitely know how to wring the most out of a car in a corner. Might of had a tire lifted, it's not unusual with a torsion beam setup.

My original Subaru would fuel starve at over .9g with anything under half a tank. What a PITA that was...

lol my oldsmobile u get it down to 1/4 tank and round a right turn and it will stall sometimes lol.

Ya I had mine down to one bar and it did not cut out but it def. had a lot less power . But in my experience all my cars go into damp spong mode when there fuel is to low .

Had 2 codes. P0238 and P2227. According to what someone on facebook posted:

ECU saw a boost spike higher than it liked as sent you into limp mode... Could be a bad sensor.

P2227 Description
Barometric Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance

P0238 Description
Turbocharger Boost Circuit High Input Conditions

Cause
Engine speed less than 3506 rpm, then the PCM detected that the Turbocharger Boost Pressure input was more than or equal to 4 80v (202 kPa), condition met for 2 seconds

Vince sent me an updated tune file. No codes now!

It means it didn't like the amount of boost it saw vs rpm. Vince knows about this code and has it set to be less looked at by the ecu. It's not anything wrong with your car. He sent you an update for it btw

202 kPa is about 29 psi from a quick google search.
