2016 Chevy Sonic LT 1.8 touch screen unresponsive

Hi all
Can anyone tell me what would cause the touch screen to become unresponsive in my Sonic? I can't change the radio stations, can't use my phone though MyLink.

I have the same problem after buying car from in-laws. It worked for a couple weeks then locked up. I replaced the digitizer, then it went completely dark. I replaced the entire display after that. Still nothing. Then I developed a mystery battery drain. I gave up. I removed the radio and on star fuses and installed a battery disconnect for good measure. Now I have a portable Bluetooth speaker and listen to Pandora when I feel like some tunes. I wasted far too much time trying to fix that derned radio.
