Well that's bull crap I was hoping the b-spec ecm upgrade would be better then that

It's really more of an adaptation than an upgrade. The restrictor plate screws up the airflow and how the ECM sees it.

When some of the companies were doing initial tests, the Kia's were almost undriveable with just a restrictor plate and the stock ECM.

no problem. if you google b-spec racing rules you'll find a bunch more of basically the same thing, plus or minus a paragraph.
