That honestly sounds like a bunch of bs. I currently use an iPhone 6 (and previously a 4s) with no issues. I would make sure you have the most up to date iOS and try again. When did you get your sonic? Is it possible that there was a later version for mylink released?

Every time I plug my fire phone in, all I get is "unsupported device". You're way ahead of me!

What year is yours ? I wonder if that makes a difference . . . Also, I paired my wirelessly. . . But I can't listen to Pandora or any of my music . . . :/ stinks
