Conversion to 4x100 bolt pattern

I need to be able to convert my B Spec Sonic to 4x100 so I can buy affordable lightweight wheels. Anyone know if there is a sonic sold anywhere around the world that has another bolt pattern? Or has anyone converted over?

I think the ones over seas have 4x bolt pattern. Saw one from Thailand that has a 4x
