A new cooling system update for mine seeing as I've been on this thread before; they replaced the water outlet this morning (along with a front crankshaft seal). So we're now up to three cooling system problems on this car; the radiator fan in 2020, whose low and medium power settings had been corroded out, then a cracked radiator bottle a year or two later, and now the water outlet. And there was a tensioner pulley along the way too. That's the sum total of repairs in 90,000 miles. Five repairs. Three of them minor cooling system components. Some things never change at GM, they shoot themselves and their customers in the foot with minor little things and if people aren't as fussy as I am they get left until they cause major damage.
