DDMW Heat Shield Installed

The intake VS mani temps have been something ii would really like to see actual data on. On the one hand the turbo's going to take the air and heat it X degrees, so logicaly cool intake temps=cooler denser post turbo heat.

But where it gets tricky is the IC will cool X% so hotter pre IC temps will shed more heat. But what is the actual difference in temp and more importantly density??

Trensetting is so exciting haha

Ha thanks I really like it. Just looks clean and matches the valve cover and my intake piping. I almost went with bare stainless then changed my mind and im glad I did

What are your readings on a cherry hot 1.4t exhaust manifold? Are they higher than 700 F?

Strictly guessing, somewhere north of 1400.

Why would it be any less? No direct injection and that would be about the only thing to keep temps slightly lower.
