I think my Sonic has hit the top of third 2 times. Both were for a data log. Other than that the highest I have gone is 80 a couple of times. I dont care for being on 696 the same time as drunks, and prefer to complete my commute quickly in those circumstances.

Not looking forward to next week's work schedule. We have the 4th off, paid holiday... and we were originally going to have to work Friday. Which was fine with me.
But it was negotiated for us to have a 4 day weekend, which is nice. So instead of having to come in and work on Friday, we're working 32 hours Mon-Wed. Both shifts are working almost 11hrs each day, so they had to push back 2nd shift's start time from 4:30pm to 6pm. We'll be getting out at 5:06am on the 4th of July (that's only if we don't work any OT).
We will get a 10% shift premium for all hours worked after midnight each day, though, instead of our normal 5% for 2nd shift. I think we also get double time for the 5.1 hrs we'll be working on the 4th of July. So that will be nice.
Still not looking forward to it, though. I'm gonna be draggin and probably sleep right through the 4th, lol.

Ewww... I have to work the 4th.
I love my 12 hour night shifts though, work every third weekend, and weekends are F/S/S so every weekend off is a three day weekend. But dang, that third day syndrome... Might as well be paid for that first day off like you said, all you do is sleep!

took my sonic in to have some things checked out on it thats been bugging me and this is what they gave me for a rental... A nice 2013 Chevy Malibu! This thing rides beautifully. Very comfortable, elegant and clean inside. The dash is nicely laid out. not a bad car at all. the Exterior Redesign they did looks amazing. This thing was so smooth going down the road. plenty of power. one thing i noticed right away was in this malibu with the cruise set going through the same hilly roads as i would take with my sonic to back from the dealership the malibu's cruise system didnt high revv to hell when going from the bottom of the hill to the top. wish my sonic drove like that. thats a gripe i have with the sonics cruise system. over compinsates for the hill. thinks it needs to high revv in order to maintain speed when it dont. Thus why in my sonic i dont use cruise if im going to be in a hilly area. only on a flat area. Should have my sonic back within the next couple days. I was kinda shocked they gave me such a nice car for a rental
