I'd rather have a townhouse or an apartment that I own. I don't need/want a lot of my own greenspace. I'll just go to the park.
That wouldn't work with my above statement, no place to put the 2 holer!

Yes,
And I still wonder why you don't.
I'd rather live in my own home on my own land (which I rent from the town via property taxes) and have to use an outhouse in the back yard than to live in an apartment complex with the fanciest bathroom in existence.
And I mean that.
Occasional $hitpipe problems aren't a big deal and if you were a man like mitdr774 you wouldn't be all whiny about it. Take the dress off and buy a house.
Hey, screw you, pal! I like my dress.
I guess the biggest obstacle for me is that I'm never really home to care about it. I'm gone just about all weekend, every weekend, and I work during the week. So I only sleep in the house. As it stands today, I'd never see much of my backyard had I owned the house, and when I would, I'd be mowing it.
That's not all that much fun.
You know what you need,
10 acres of land near a stream, a tarp, a small wood table and a tent as well as a few other items. Make a nice fireplace out of field rocks, set up camp etc.
That, is your idea of "home", or at least it's how I picture your idea of home.

The phucktard in the first picture is about to cause a forest fire, so i guess that fits?
I know they need a lot of work to be back to where they need to be, but I decided to try and fit my old polished Z24 wheels on the Sonic. I stripped and polished these wheels back in 2006 or 2007 I think. They spent the last two winters on my 98 Z24 while it was parked outside. I may just have to invest in some new equipment to redo them.

If I decide to continue using them I will need to get new tires. While a 225/50/16 seems to work for now, it is a little closer to the fender than I would like. Finding fun 205/55/16 tires is a little difficult though.
You are not getting my "race" wheels and tires.
I could get a BFG Rival in 225/50/16, but I suspect there would be a bit of rubbing on the edges of the quarter panels.
Selling my RS.. What's everyone think a good asking price is?
Getting rid f it so soon??
What mods, how many miles, any damages, and trade price or sale by owner price?
