The Honda fit got a higher performance score than the Sonic!?!?!?!??????? :confused:
And in that very article they mention it is under powered compared to it's competitors (although is good for it's cargo capacity, what's that got to do with it's market segment performance:confused:) and has nimble handling that apparently beats a Sonic? .:confused:.

And they gave the Cruze a better performance rating than it's lighter sibling Sonic?!?!?!:confused:


Ummm yea doesn't sound biased at all.

On the otherhand the honda has the (read in most condescending tone) "Magic Seat" which trumps everything ever and makes instant winner.

Every time I drive the wife's Cruze I can't believe how much better it performs then the Sonic.


Actually that's not true, but you knew that.

LOL Kids have a way of doing that. I love that even though she's 14, my stepdaughter comes and crawls into bed every morning for snuggles. She's done it since she was 5.

It's so HAPPY and floaty sounding. I need to download it and set it as my alarm ringtone, speaking of alarms.. It also suits the day, I'm just in a happy, optimistic mood and haven't been for a little while. WHOOP!

Really wishing tonight I had more tools and a garage. Hubby's truck needs lots of new things, the dr says.. All of which I think would be good things for me to learn to do.. But alas, it needs fixed NAO..

So my PC at work is stable as a rock even with a 83F ambient temp now.

I suspect the chipset was overheating. This is an Acer computer I got from a coworker with a bad motherboard. I put in a decent Gigabyte but kept the stock cooler which used a funnel to pull cool air in but didn't exhaust it. I assumed adding a single 80MM decent exhaust fan would be enough but I guess not on a hot day.

Running an E2160 (1.8Ghz stock) @ 2.70GHz and 2GB ram at 800MHz. I guess that combined with the extra heat was just too much.

I swapped the passive cooled Nvidia (not ATI) video card I was using for an older ATI X1950XT 512MB I had laying around which even tho its a bit much it at least exhausts outside of the case. I also installed a 1600rpm 120mm fan which I'm using as an intake blowing directly on the chipset.

It ran Prime95 for quite a while when the room was 83F without problems. CPU temp maxed around 55C. And even more good news is they finally fixed the A/C so I shouldn't see those temps again at least for a while.

Confession time:

Since I got my s-dime back in commission and have been driving it some, I've got an issue in my sonic..

Today I've pulled my fuse panel off FOUR times. :blankface:

It's where the brake release is in the pickup.. Lol.

The only response to this I have is :D

Ok I'll fess up to something really dumb I've done. Back when I was in highschool my 87 grandprix was broken into and they damaged the dash. I decided to put factory gauges and tach in and the first day driving to school I looked down and thought "holy crap its 2PM already!?" I was half asleep and confused.

The factory tach replaced the analog clock.

SO far I have been at work 19 out of the last 20 days. Tomorrow makes 21. Hurray for working 10 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
