Was out driving around town doing some things when i came across a guy driving a PT Cruiser, sad enough in its own... But to make it even worse, To which i still cant believe i saw what i saw... The guy had Spinner Wheel Covers on the damn thing!! ROFLMAO!

Honestly, as long as you're not shooting at me out the window from the road, we're cool on weapon choice.
I'm a bowhunter, as such I steer clear of our woods during rifle season. I have had to hit the dirt on more than one occasion as bullets hit the surrounding trees. F that.
I do, however, take advantage of the early season and pack my Encore into the woods in September.

Hah yeah.. Mounting animals is a specialty of mine..
I'm just not a fan of high powers. I'd take a Compound bow over anything but I like being out early season so I invested in the TC. I DO enjoy the black powder, the fire and smoke and the smell.. It's cool

Would love to bag a grizzly, but that's a rifle job lol. I'm not a yote or wolf hunter or small game either.

My last two big trips were to namibia in 2004 and australia in 2006. Plains game in namibia and water buffalo in australia.
Had to get my zebra rug somehow.
So badass! One of these days.. My dream hunt is Alaskan caribou bowhunt during migration. I want to sit in a flowing sea of caribou, behind a rock, and just watch and wait for which one tickles my fancy.

The water buffalo hunt was a cull hunt. I had to build a .458 Win. Mag. for that trip. I have not shot it since. Really have no desire to either.
Namibia was for plains game. I had to throw together a .30-06 to use mainly as a back up to my .35 Whelen. That trip was a good success. Zebra, Greater Kudu, 2 Gemsbok, 2 Springbok, Hartebeest, Warthog, and a couple Jackals.
While both trips were a lot of fun the best part of both of them had nothing to do with success in the field. The best part was spending those two weeks (both trips were 2 weeks) in the field with my dad. Spending time with my dad doing something that we both enjoy with very little distraction from the outside world was the highlight of those trips. Some day I hope to be able to afford to take him on a trip while he can still do it.
