When i took my car in to the dealer in march to get my steering wheel and the chrome trim piece under the driver side window fixed i get it back and like 20 miles away i notice the dent on my driver side door so i call the dealership right away and told them and the service manager told me no worries when they get the steering wheel in they will fix the dent. so i told him okay. well a week goes by and Ed the service manager wont contact me back over it when i leave a Voice mail.. 2 weeks go by and i call for him and they always tell me he is not there and that he will call back. I live an hour and a half from the dealer and thats where i purchased my car so about 3 weeks go by and i get a survey from Chevrolet for that visit at the dealership.. so i give them all 1 stars and write how they wont call to fix the warranty part and my dent. well 3 days later Ed calls me and tells me that im not allowed to step foot on the dealer lot ever again because that survey hurt the dealership and then he hung up on me.. last i heard from him. so I contact Chevrolet and they assign me to someone from Chevrolet customer assistance center. well she contacts the dealership and sais she will see what she can do. she calls me back the next day and said that ed told her the same thing that im not aloud at the dealership then she told me there is nothing else they can do then she said she will close the case as the customer as unsatisfied.. i was like really?! is there any other place in GM i can call about this or will i just have to live with this dent?
