Ok everyone, bought her on December 27th. Black 1.8 Auto 2LT. So far I have only really done appearance mods as that is all the cash flow has allowed so far. Kinda hard to mod when you have a wife who is a stay at home mom and 3 young boys but I'm doing the best with what I have.

So far I have swapped out the fog lights for Nokya Artic Yellow bulbs and the low beams for Philips CrystalVisions bulbs. Love the look. Added an iPhone mount that I saw elsewhere on here mounted in one of the bins next to the radio. Also I added some bass by installing an Infinity Basslink.

Plans for the future are an exhaust tip (arriving today), Tune (when I get the money), blackening out the bowties (vinyl ordered) and CF hood. Actually lots I want to do but we will see what actually gets done. Paying for Disney this year soooooo......

Side note, wanted the 1.4T however I have never had a MT car. Also the military has pretty much shredded up my left shoulder (2nd surgery on it next week, Feb 15th) so I went with the AT.

How did you attach the Basslink to the audio system? I was thinking of tapping the rear speakers. Did you do both sides to the Basslink, or just 1?

Yeah I wanted to know about the bass. I have a 12" I want to throw in the trunk of mine. Also, don't worry about performance mods yet. You're better off doing exterior stuff until more things are developed for the sonic anyway.

How did you attach the Basslink to the audio system? I was thinking of tapping the rear speakers. Did you do both sides to the Basslink, or just 1?

I had it installed by a local car audio. They routed the wires to the headunit and I believe they tapped the front speakers. They didn't tap all four. They also installed the remote bass level controller behind the fuse panel in the lower dash. It was held on with double sided tape however they didn't last long so I just put it behind the panel for now. Didn't really want to throw some screws into it since its so new.

I like the BassLink too. I've been thinking about putting one in my car after I get the tint done. The other two cars in my stable have been eating up my funds lately though.

I hear that. The wifes Town & Country needs a new upper interior panel, the one down the center of the roof with the storage bins and surrounds the dvd screens. Somehow most of the plastic clips are broken and the dealer quoted round 280 installed for a new piece.

I like the yellow fogs. I hear you on the funds being limited. I have two little ones and I'm working on buying a house. I think after I sell all my SVT stuff, I should be able to do tint, intake and tune.

$3.50 shipped. Make sure you keep it kinda moist as you put it on, some of the smaller detail pieces are a bit of a pain to get to come off. Mine is chrome however he has them in all colors. You just have to search about a bit.
