What county is that in? Hillsborough county had bright orange seatbelts when I did my ride alongs so they could glance in to see if they had seatbelts on. Also dispatch was able to tell if you had your seatbelt on or not. In the back though it was different. They made a big deal about seatbelts thoughI used to always wear a seatbelt and after getting into EMS not so much, alot don't wear one and it's a pain getting out quick, I'm sure I'll regret it the day I total a rig though.

I would imagine as an EMT you would always wear a belt, you know seeing what you see and all.
