Does trifecta work with windows 8???

It only mentions Windows 7 on the EZ Flash download page. So I would assume either no or it hasn't been tested yet.

The bright side is the software is free. You can download it and see if it will run on your Windows 8 machine at no cost.

I don't know for sure, but it may have a compatibility mode similar to what Windows 7 has.

Try a right click on the icon and go through the options...it would be there if Windows 8 has it.

I bought a little POS netbook for $140 and use it exclusively for Trifecta. I'd hate to give my car a virus... at any rate, they tend to be Win 7 so no worries.

Yes it works with Windows 8. I have a Acer Iconia W500 I use for programming PLC's at work. I threw Win8 on it to play around and the EZFlash software worked without issues.

You are correct. I think all fairly recent Windows editions have come with compatibility mode. You generally right click on a program icon, go to the properties menu, go to the compatibility tab, and select the compatibility mode you want.

Regardless, it has been confirmed that it works, so no worries.

I find it ironic that a guy with a Pacer in the driveway would be worried about Win8. I would have expected a question about Win3.1 compatibility.
